This is my boyfriend, Robert and I. At the start of the year we met online in an unlikely place, he lived in Mississippi and I lived in Queensland, Australia. We spoke nonstop every day, and I very quickly fell in love. Ever since we had started to talk we had fantasised about meeting, and Robert coming to Australia, possibly forever… But it did come as a shock to me when everything started to fall into place to allow him to come and stay. Robert arrived on June 18, a day before my birthday, and he was everything I expected and loved and more. The three photos were taken on my birthday, about 24 hours after we first met at the airport, by then I already knew that this was the person I am to spend the rest of my life with. Yeah, I know, we’re young and things change, but I don’t think this will. Sadly, Robert went back to America on July 15. I’ve sort of fallen apart without him, but in his absence I have gone off and purchased a house, so when he returns in December we can properly start our lives together. Oh, and he’s the best kisser ever.
